This is the front of the guest cottage, the french doors open fully out onto a 23x21 foot deck, the cottage features tile throughout, well insulated walls, roof and windows, new electric and plumbing and a motion dector alarm system. It is centrally located with convenient grocery shopping across the street and is located on the Trolley route for easy access to UTMB, the strand and the beach. If you prefer to walk it is a short 3 block walk to the ocean front!



Kitchen, granite countertops, professional gas range/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice & filtered water on the door. On the other side of the kitchen is a washer & dry enclosed in a closet.
